This is a lovely laid out home located in the newer southern village of Monarch Grove, perfect for 3 couples…Each bedroom has its own bath! Large open floorplan, with huge gourmet kitchen, in a 55+ yr old semi-gated Golf community. There are many activities to enjoy: play golf on any of the 50+ golf courses, visit any of the neighborhood pools, golf cart, bike or walk the mile’s of paths, live entertainment 365 days a year at all 3 of the town squares plus dine in any of numerous restaurants!
The space
3 bedroom, each with its own bath. Large lanai for sitting and dining, guests can gather around propane fire pit and enjoy the peaceful outdoors.
Smart TV’s in living room and each bedroom, Netflix, Amazon prime, and various other channels to enjoy

ALSO please be aware there is a propane BBQ grill and a propane fire pit… you are welcome to use these but you are responsible for supplying your own gas. So if tanks are empty you will need to swap out the empty tanks for full ones. This can be done at various shops near by for a charge of apprx $21 per tank.

This house was more than we expected. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with all the basics needed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

A little cautious here because the place is so awesome I would prefer to keep it for ourselves. Simply outstanding little place with a million things to do. Al and Lorraine are awesome.
