This is a lovely laid out home located in the newer southern village of Monarch Grove, perfect for 3 couples…Each bedroom has its own bath! Large open floorplan, with huge gourmet kitchen, in a 55+ yr old semi-gated Golf community. There are many activities to enjoy: play golf on any of the 50+ golf courses, visit any of the neighborhood pools, golf cart, bike or walk the mile’s of paths, live entertainment 365 days a year at all 3 of the town squares plus dine in any of numerous restaurants!
The space
3 bedroom, each with its own bath. Large lanai for sitting and dining, guests can gather around propane fire pit and enjoy the peaceful outdoors.

Al & Lorraine were amazing! Their house was everything you could want in an Airbnb. I felt like I was at home. The beds are so comfortable. All top of the line. We had a tiny issue with the AC and Al was on it so quickly. Within the hour it was fixed and we had ice cold AC again. The neighborhood is so quiet and beautiful. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is an amazing home. Tons of space with a private back patio. The furnishings are high quality, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to create great meals (just add groceries). Located a short walk or golf cart ride to two pools and tons of outdoor walking trails. This house is first class in every sense of the word. There are tiny homes in the area renting for this much. This home is an unbelievable value!
