The main floor of the cottage consists of well appointed eat-in kitchen, living room with reclining sofas, 55” smart TV, bedroom with queen bed, modern bathroom with tub/shower, new washer and dryer, plenty of storage, and also large deck in rear with view of pasture and mountain backdrop.
There is storage for owners belongings in garage and in attic which is off limits to guests.

Guests have the entire living area to themselves, along with the rear deck for peace and tranquility.

Location of this property is perfect for many reasons, it is convenient to get to- 1/2 mile off of NYS Thruway, along with being minutes away Village of Saugerties with many attractions, which includes HITS, restaurants, theater, kayaking, beach, etc..
It has plenty of parking and can accommodate large trucks and or trailers.
Woodstock, Hunter Mountain, are also very close.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Last year, we had a fantastic experience and it was the same this year! Al & Lorraine and terrific hosts; they are extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating to guests’ requests. The place itself is extremely clean and in pristine condition. They provide all the amenities that you could want, from a well equipped kitchen to a nicely stocked bathroom. It’s in a great location, as it feels super safe and is close to the town, grocery store, and Woodstock. It is a perfect weekend getaway! I highly recommend this Airbnb and would suggest it to anyone seeking to stay in the area!
